1. Who we are

This website (agiletradingtech.com) is operated by Agile Trading Tech, a brand of Agile Trading Group, S.A.P.I. de C.V., domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico. You can contact us at admin@agiletradingtech.com.

2. Purpose of this site

This site is informational and commercial: it presents the whitelabel software for trading communities developed by Agile Trading Tech. The information published does not constitute a binding offer. Software engagements are formalized through an individual proposal and contract between the parties, with scope and conditions defined case by case.

3. No financial advice

Agile Trading Tech builds technology. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to trade in financial markets. Trading involves risk of loss. The platforms we build are software tools for third parties to run their communities; each community is responsible for the content and services it offers its users.

4. Results and metrics

The metrics published on this site (active users, programs sold, revenue, and time in production of Agile Trading Institution) correspond to a real case operated by our own group and are shared as a reference of the software's performance. They do not guarantee equivalent results for other communities: results depend on factors beyond the software, such as each client's audience, offer, and commercial execution.

5. Permitted use

By using this site you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or restricted areas.
• Extract content in bulk or through automated means (scraping) without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, copy, screenshots, and other content on this site are property of Agile Trading Group or its affiliated companies (including Agile Trading Institution) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This site contains links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, to start a commercial conversation. When you use them, the terms and privacy policies of those services apply, over which we have no control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
